One of the greatest blessings of this journey has been the relationships and friendships we’ve built along the way!

Local attorney Parker Layrisson and his family have been supporting Nola Mia since the very beginning, back when we were just a little wood-fired pizza truck! And here we are, all these years later, still feeling that same love and support!

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of being invited to one of Parker’s interviews, and it was such a great experience. Now, seeing Nola Mia mentioned in this latest issue means so much to us!

We never take these things for granted. When you run a small family business, having people who believe in you, support you, and continue showing up year after year means more than words can express.

Two years of our pizzeria, and our hearts are so full. ❤️🍕

From those who support us from far away on social media to our regulars, close friends, and families—THANK YOU. Every visit, shared post, kind word, and recommendation has helped us reach this second anniversary and keep going strong.

We started making wood-fired pizza back in 2018 with a dream and a love for the craft. Seeing what Nola Mia has grown into means more to us than we can put into words. We’re proud of the food we serve, but we’re especially proud of the culture we’re building—the friendships, the familiar faces, and the feeling of family when you walk through our doors.

There’s so much work and heart behind this little pizzeria, and having your support makes it all worthwhile. Thank you for choosing us, believing in us, and giving us a place at your table. ❤️

We’re expanding our w**e list in a couple of weeks, and the preparations are already a blast!

Last night, Jimmy from Uncorked joined our front-of-house crew for a fun evening of tasting and training. We explored 12 w**es, learned plenty, and got our team ready to help you find your next favorite. And of course, Chef handled the snacks! 👨‍🍳🙌

🎀 The Pink Ribbon Spritz — Prosecco, Sarti Rosa, soda water, and lime. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a portion of sales from this cocktail will be donated.

🍝 Penne all’Arrabbiata — Penne tossed in a classic spicy tomato sauce, Italian sausage, finished with Parmesan.
