Okay, friends… WE’RE BACK!

We’ve had a little time to relax, take a breather, regroup, and give the truck a MUCH-needed deep cleaning after all those fairs!

But… our break is over, and it’s time to get back to what we love!

Come see us this Friday for First Friday in the Gallipolis City Park!

And this one is a little extra special because it’s the LAST First Friday of the year!

We’re planning to bring back our FULL MENU, so come hungry and come see us! We’ve missed serving all of you!

The most rewarding part of owning a food truck—besides paying taxes, of course 😂—is getting to serve our community.

We still work our regular jobs, but this gives us something completely different. We get to cook for people the same way we would cook in our own kitchen. Our own recipes, our own twists on foods, and a whole lot of love and hard work behind every plate.

Seeing people come back, tell us how much they loved their food, and knowing they genuinely enjoy what we’re serving makes all the long days worth it.

And then, when the season is finally over, we get to reward ourselves with a little mini vacation. We work hard for it, and we definitely enjoy it when the time comes!

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our little food truck. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

Three fairs. Three long, busy, exhausting, and rewarding weeks — and we couldn’t have done it without YOU!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by our truck, grabbed a meal, shared a post, recommended us to someone, or simply came out to support our small business. We truly appreciate every single one of you.

The fairs may be over for us, but our season is definitely NOT over! We’ve got plenty more stops coming, so keep an eye on our page to see where we’ll be next.

We’re tired, but we’re grateful, and we’re excited for what’s still ahead!

STEAK UPDATE…….

We’re sorry, but we have run out of steak and unfortunately we’re unable to get any more on such short notice. 😔

BUT… don’t worry! We still have plenty of chicken, shrimp, and all your other favorite menu items available!

We sincerely apologize to anyone who was looking forward to a steak meal. We appreciate your understanding and, as always, thank you for supporting our small business!

🍤 NEW MENU ITEM ALERT! 🍤

Mmmmm mmmmm GOOD!! 🤤🔥 Our NEW Shrimp Po’Boy is here!

Crispy fried shrimp piled on a garlic-butter toasted bun, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato & onion, then smothered with our homemade garlic aioli and finished with a drizzle of sweet chili sauce.

All this deliciousness for just $13!

Trust us… you’re gonna want to try this one!

Week 3 fair 3 and man let me tell ya'll this ol boy is wore plum out, deffenitly need a few day's off after this. But the good news is myself and my hard working sometimes out worked me gorgeous wife Linda Borden will be paying off our new food truck. We busted our butts this year to make that happen and I couldn't ask for a better partner to run this business with. Next year baby it'll be all profitttttt!!!!!!

We’re all set up and OPEN at the Meigs County Fair!

We’re at the bottom of the fairgrounds this year, so come find us and grab some good food!

This is our LAST FAIR OF THE SEASON, so come see us, support your favorite food truck, and get your fair food fix before we wrap up the season! ❤️

🎡 MASON FAIR — HERE WE COME! 🎡

We’ll be set up at the Mason Fair next week!

We will not be opening until Tuesday, though. After the overwhelming support and business we had at the Gallia Fair last week, we need a little time to restock, prep, and recover!

We definitely aren’t complaining — YOU GUYS kept us BUSY! And we are so incredibly thankful for every single person who stopped by and supported us.

So give us a couple days to get everything ready, and we’ll see you Tuesday at the Mason Fair!

We can’t wait to do it all over again! ❤️
