We specialize in mexican cusine we offer caterings, private chef services and more! Authentic, Delicious and made with Love! AUTHENTIC recipes with a bit of my own personal flair. Coming from the Bay Area where there is a plethora of excellent Mexican joints and then relocating to the beautiful Spokane area, I found the selection of authentic Mexican restaurants quite dismal. I am on a mission to

bring 'A Taste of Mexico' right to the heart of the Spokane area. My lessons will be fun, inspiring and true to who I am, where I come from and the cuisine of my home country. I have been cooking for more than 10 years and in that time I was honored to have been mentored by such a magnanimous and extraordinary culinary genius, the late Don Isaac Mejia. Isaac shared with me all the knowledge he had acquired while cooking in some of the finest establishments around the world. He was the owner and proprietor of one of the Bay Area's finest Mexican bistros, Don Pico's and I am honored to say he was not only my mentor but my friend as well. Despite the weather, come enjoy a freshly prepared meal today! Our team has been working hard all morning, slow-cooking birria, preparing guacamole, and expertly cutting and seasoning proteins.
