Sooooo this year is going to look a little different come September. I will be open 11-3 Monday-Friday the week of August 24 then head off to Sander's county fair. After fair I will be taking my truck home. I will not be open this winter!!!! My Grandmother lives alone and is needing in home care at this point in life. So I will be on this adventure for now and do not have a timetable or any idea of if/when I will be back. I do have power at home and am possibly thinking of making at home gyro kits in the truck and then meeting up for delivery, any intrest in that??? Thank you for the love and support over the years, it truly makes it hard to step away!!

My oldest son was sworn in this morning to the Montana National Guard!! So proud and excited for him.

Unfortunately I am in the same position as many other restaurants where the cost of inventory has risen to the point of no longer being profitable. With that I had to make the decision of closing shop or raising my prices, I chose to let the people decide and have increased pricing. If/ when inventory pricing comes down I will be able to lower pricing again. Thank you for your support!!! Polson's Food Truck Court
