Just wanted to give a shout out to my staff at the Panther for managing the restaurant in my family's absence. My family usually works all day on Thursday but we needed to attend the funeral of my young nephew, age 27 who died of natural causes. While this day was difficult for us they stepped up and ran the restaurant.
Some staff said it was crazy others acted like it was just another day. Regardless, a bunch of teenagers took it upon themselves to make sure we could attend the funeral and provide support to my youngest brother and his family. I am grateful to them any their hard work. Thanks for your support during this time of grief.
