Tonight, light up your night with a bang at the Red, White & Kaboom Independence Day Celebration! 🎆 Presented by the T. Mims Corp., the evening will be sizzling with live music, local food trucks, a selfie station, and a firework show that'll make the stars jealous!

🌟🍔🎵 And don't forget - we're lighting up lives too! We are encouraging attendees to bring along a canned or non-perishable food item for VISTE - Volunteers in Service to the Elderly to benefit the seniors in our community. 🥫🍽️ Let's make tonight one to remember! See you all at 6 p.m at the Frances Langford Promenade at Lake Mirror. 🇺🇸

The truck broke a spring shackle and it has been repaired but we missed our load in time and won’t be allowed to set up for safety reasons, the city of Lakeland extended it for us but I couldn’t get the repair done in time so we will not be at the Red, White and Kaboom tonight😢😤please accept our apologies.

We’ve been busy with the new restaurant but we are getting the truck ready to hit the road again!! We will be at Red white and Kaboom in Lakeland again this year on July 3rd. See you there!
