Sushi lovers, this weekend’s specials are making waves! Made with locally caught seafood straight from our boats, these handcrafted rolls bring dock-to-table freshness to every bite.

🔥 Crispy Tsunami Roll – Crispy rice, avocado, spicy tuna, yellowtail, salmon, kani, lobster, scallops, spicy mayo & eel sauce.
 🌟 Madai Roll – Shrimp tempura, avocado & cucumber topped with spicy tuna, red snapper, miso glaze, wasabi tobiko & eel sauce.
 🐙 Sea Monster Roll – Tuna, steamed shrimp & avocado wrapped in green soy paper and topped with spicy lobster, kani, octopus, spicy Japanese mayo, eel sauce & crispy onions.
 ✨ Ocean Trio Roll – Bluefin tuna & avocado topped with seared scallops, caviar, kizami wasabi & crunchy spicy garlic.

APPETIZER • Local Sea Scallops – Four local sea scallops served with balsamic bacon jam.

ENTRÉES • Blackened Crab-Stuffed Mahi Mahi – Blackened mahi mahi stuffed with crab, served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted broccolini.

• Pan-Seared Golden Tilefish – Pan-seared golden tilefish over Israeli couscous with heirloom tomato salsa.
