We have been nominated for BEST FOOD TRUCK in Pocatello and we are super excited for that!

For being a new food truck, I feel like that’s kind of a big deal. We are gonna need all of the love and support that we can get from our faithful followers, to take home this award. There are some amazing trucks in this town, so just to be nominated is an honor.

UPDATE: Change of plans today to the schedule. We will be closed today at the S 5th location. As many of you know, we operate the concession stand inside the Ross Park swimming pool, we have to be there today instead. Then, later this afternoon, we are headed to American Falls for music in the park this evening

Southside dog has been very popular and we are getting tons of positive feedback on it. You’ve got to come check it out! We’ve also still got some of those Italian sausage sandwiches available

Tomorrow’s special is a hot Italian, and this is a sandwich not a man or a woman from Italy. You don’t wanna miss this one!

It’s classified as a hot sausage, but I don’t really think it’s that hot. Even if ketchup is hot to you, this is not going to be hot. I would call it more of a seasoned Italian sausage. This is an Italian sausage, with grilled onions & green peppers, cheese, marinara, on a hoagie bun served with your choice of side for only $15

This is available tomorrow and Wednesday only! Once they sell out, they are gone! I mean, unless they sell really well and then they will be available next time 😂

We’ve got a pretty weird schedule this week!

If some of you aren’t aware, Jumbos also runs the concession stand at the Ross Park swimming pool. Opening day this year will be Thursday, as we are open for some of the local school field trips. We then open to the general public on Memorial weekend and then a lot of random open and closed days, up until school lets out in June. Basically, that means that we operate three locations from here on out. Until school lets out and our high school kids are ready to work, that means we have to spread a little thin. Because of that, the food truck schedule will change slightly over the next couple of weeks. Here is what we are looking at this week.

Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 9-2 (4539 S 5th)
Thursday: CLOSED
FRIDAY: 10am-10pm (PRCA rodeo Bannock County fair grounds)
Saturday: 12-5 (PRCA rodeo fairgrounds)
SUNDAY: CLOSED

We sure appreciate you all, and all of your support.

Also, if anyone knows Ed can you please explain to him what 1 ⭐️ reviews do to a business & maybe convince him to remove his review, since we are actually still in business. We had a 5 ⭐️ rating & his ⭐️ took us to a 4.4, because he seems confused on how food trucks work.
