My friends!

Back in April, we talked about donating to a charity that you all choose. Time and life has gotten away and things are insane for us right now, but we need to make this happen!!

In that post we had I think like 400 comments, it was insane and all of the charities that you nominated got lost in the comments.

I am asking all of you right now in the comments to tell me a charity that is near and dear to you that we can add to our list and choose from.

We will number these and place them into a randomizer to be picked.

I had said that the total amount being donated would be the amount of customers we see in the month of April multiplied by $.42.

The total amount to be donated is $3,273

I would like to get this done in the next week or two, so let’s put a timeframe of Friday, 6/19 to comment on this post with your nominations. Please try to limit all other comments and only comment your nomination for a charity 🥳🥳

Come spend your Mother’s Day with us, we would love it!

This is one of our busiest days of the year, so feel free to call before you leave the house and get on our waitlist. You can also go to Google and join our waitlist from there. 

Just a reminder, we do not take reservations, just the waitlist. Your entire party does have to be present, to be sat. We also ask that when you arrive to just send one person from your party in to check in or get on the waitlist. Remember, we do not have any indoor waiting area, so please, don’t unload Grandma, until you know that your table is ready 💜

Tuesday is the only day we don’t ever make the same soup, it is our day to be creative and try something new, today is that day.

We attempted some seafood bisque today & I have to say, it’s not too bad. I will say, it does have more of a tomato base, than others I’ve had. I would say it tastes like tomato 🍅 bisque and lobster 🦞 bisque had a baby 😜….

Cooler temperatures calls for hot soup

Today & every Thursday, ☔️ or ☀️ we have our delicious tomato 🍅 macaroni soup 🍲 with a grilled cheese sandwich on our homemade bread on special.

The more you know…

We go through 2500lbs of potatoes each week for our fresh cut hashbrowns & fries. The farmer drop our potatoes 🥔 off each week.

We also hand crack over 3600 X-large eggs each week. No liquid eggs in this building 🥳. They’re also cracked to order, not in to a bucket to be stored for later use.

If you want one of grandma’s signature items, order the Spanish omelette (but leave it the way it is, no substitutions).

We often get told that we have the best CLUB HOUSE in town.

We still make it the classic way, as a triple decker sandwich. The bottom deck is a blt with fresh tomato & 3 slices of thick Dailey’s bacon. The top is fresh sliced turkey, ham, and American cheese.

*small disclaimer*— we do not make this sandwich on Saturdays & Sundays between 8am-2pm. Those are busy breakfast times, so that’s where we focus our energy 😉
