What a sweet surprise it was to receive a Kindness Award in our community yesterday. ❤️ If you know me, you know just how much this means to me.

Our world needs more kindness now more than ever. A simple act of kindness can make such a difference, and I’m grateful to be part of a community that recognizes and celebrates it.

I’m sure many of you have already heard that Hawaiʻi was hit by Hurricane Lowell just a few days ago. Kauaʻi, specifically, is my home and truly is such a special place. Those who have been there know just how beautiful and close-knit this community is.

Many families have lost their homes, cars, businesses, and their ability to work. Some are still without power and are struggling to access the help and resources they need.

That’s why tomorrow, Friday, September 11th, a portion of our restaurant’s profits will go directly toward helping families in need on Kauaʻi. 🫶🏽

Please come join us for lunch tomorrow, enjoy a meal, and help us support our ʻohana back home. Every little bit makes a difference, and together we can help make things a little easier for those who were affected.

Hi guys! 🌺 Venezuela is in need of aid after the devastating earthquakes. We are currently getting supply’s now, but need all the help we can get. Any contributions of medical supplies, diapers, wipes, sanitary pads, powdered milk, etc. would be greatly appreciated. If you come into the restaurant today, please wish our sweet Kylee a happy 18th birthday!! 🎉 Kylee is an amazing young woman. She is kind, funny, responsible, and has the biggest heart. We are so grateful we have gotten to see her grow up the last three years. We love you! 💕

Aloha friends! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be reverting to our regular lunch hours of 11am-3:30pm. Despite efforts, securing reliable staff has proven challenging, and as a working parent with children at home who need me in the evening, it is not possible to be at the restaurant for 12 hours a day. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you during our designated hours.
