We cater events in our community including weddings, graduations, reunions (family and class), birthdays, and small gatherings for a more custom cook for private functions. We have won numerous awards throughout the state for our smoked brisket, pork, ribs, and sauce. If you have a special request for a specific meat or just a pound or two of prok or beef just call and we will accommodate.
