A few months ago one of our regulars mentioned that she worked at the Mansfield Reformatory and they were closing the coffee part of their cafe and they had a newer espresso machine they were getting rid of. We were pretty excited as we have been talking how can we get drinks out faster since more people have been coming to visit us. So it turned into a good situation for us both, they were so nice and helpful and I’m glad they offered it to us! So soon we will be able to pull espresso shots so much quicker with two machines! We want to keep trying to improve and make the place better!

We got invited tonight to accept an award for entrepreneurial spirt of Huron county! It was a surprise to get invited to a nice banquet and they sent a camera crew out to show how the Coffee House got started. It was very kind and everyone there was so nice. We normally are working at our place so it was nice to actually go out and tell people a bit about our place over here in Plymouth. I’ll share the video to thanks for having us Huron County Growth Partnership!

In the middle of lunch rush today we lost one of our Baristas to the law! We knew she had a warrant out for her arrest but we were short handed and needed help! It turns out Tammy is wanted in multiple states for robbing French fry establishments! Thankfully the public is safe now!

While people do celebrate Birthdays here Macy chose to celebrate her (almost) birthday here it’s like a Birthday but different. Maren supported the idea since it meant she got coffee at her favorite place ! Well played Maren!
