We make our syrups and sauces from scratch using original recipes, and we select a variety of fair-trade and organically grown coffee beans that are roasted on-site for the freshest flavor. Our menu is straight-forward and quality-driven to accommodate both espresso purists and coffee aficionados who enjoy creative concoctions. We had the most amazing lunch today and are so excited for the new Capital Grille to open in Livonia this Sunday! Our servers Pedro and Evalina were top notch and the food was delicious.

..Grab one of the last bags ASAP. Java will be making an abrupt and early exit so we can reserve essential Indonesian beans for our award-winning Route 606 blend.

Brutal weather in Indonesia has destroyed lives and coffee crops. Due to severe shortages, we need to reserve as much Indonesian coffee as possible to get over the hump until supplies start flowing again.

Sorry to disappoint everyone :( We are anticipating an interesting Uganda Bugisu to come and fill the medium-dark spot in our lineup.
