We’re bringing more homestyle classics to your table — slow-cooked the traditional way, just like they should be.

Beef Short Rib Tushonka — tender short ribs braised in their own rich juices until the meat falls off the bone, served with village-style potatoes.

Nohat Oshi — lamb slow-cooked with chickpeas and caramelized onions, hearty and full of flavor.

Baxsh — a fragrant green rice pilaf with chicken and fresh cilantro, a beloved specialty of Bukhara.
