We've added a Lab to our brewery this summer and every beer is streaked on a plate and analyzed before it is packaged. Rest assured, there isn't any bacteria's in the beer that has left the brewery since this program was implemented. All b

eers prior to the Lab, should also be up to par, but If you ever run into an O'so beer that is not acceptable to your taste, please return the remainder to the store you purchased it at with your receipt for a refund as defective. If you get beer in the market that does NOT taste as it should, it is probably past the shelf life date and is on the distributor's to remove it from the market by contract.

This Sunday we were doing a little test kitchen experiment, and it turned out super tasty.

We made a Breakfast Pizza with White Garlic Base, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Chorizo, Red Onion, Green Pepper, Egg, and Tater Tots.

Currently thinking a Sunday special, possible deal with 2 bloodys, or two beers as options. Comment below if you'd like to see this on the menu, and tag a friend you'd eat this with!

Marc recently cooked up a batch of our Hot Italian Sausage. Slow cooked until they reach internal temp of 180 so that they soften.

Good new everyone! Recently started working on our Jose Jalapeno label, and so far it's coming along great, just waiting on some new art(from a human) to replace the AI mascot.

Here's the catch, it'll be our summer seasonal for 2027, so it'll be a while yet, but you can put it on your calendar, and get excited!
