🔥Great food starts with great ideas🔥
Today we had the opportunity to spend the day at the Performance Foodservice Test Kitchen in Shawano, and it was an experience we’ll be talking about for a long time.
One of the things we love most about this industry is that there’s always something new to create. We spent the day exploring bold flavors, unique ingredients, fresh menu concepts, plating techniques, and ways to take everyday dishes and turn them into something unforgettable.
A huge thank you to Phillip Johnson, our Performance Foodservice rep, for putting this together, and to Chef Devin, who absolutely crushed it. His passion, creativity, and willingness to share his knowledge made the day both educational and inspiring. The food was incredible, and the ideas were endless.
I was also honored to receive a copy of Multipliers from the Vice President of Performance Foodservice…a thoughtful reminder that great businesses are built by continuously learning, growing, and investing in people.
We’re coming home with notebooks full of ideas, inspired to keep pushing ourselves and bringing new flavors, new features, and new experiences to the table at Club Forest.
Because around here, we’re never satisfied with “good enough.” We’re always asking…
