I know I get lots of questions and some confusion with à la carte events so here are some tips!

1. These are in quart and pint containers and hot food is hot and cold food is cold.

2. These items are not vac sealed since ready to eat.

3. Facebook events can be confusing to say the least. Sure this will continue to keep changing but you have to click on the Discussion oval and then click on the event area again down below to see comments.

4. You can always text me at (308) 440-3680 and ask for help or request the menu list.

5. I use the event so you can mark it as interested or going so you get the reminder.

Rolling smoke overnight since a noon event tomorrow. I never like the situation of a celebration of life but always willing to do what the family needs on these somber days. This one is a full cater with pulled pork sandwiches, super cheesy potatoes, and southern slaw but always happy to do partials whether it is just the meat, just a side, or a mixture as well!
