This World Food Day, we’re spotlighting a Minnesota restaurant taking practical steps toward a more efficient kitchen.

Duke's on 7 completed an energy assessment through CenterPoint Energy’s Energy Action Training for Restaurants (EATs) program. The assessment identified potential annual natural gas savings of 6,912 therms, a 22% reduction in gas use, and an estimated 37 metric tons of CO₂ reduction.

EATs gives restaurant teams hands-on guidance to better understand equipment, improve everyday operating practices and uncover practical energy-saving opportunities.

Congratulations to Duke's on 7 on completing the assessment! CenterPoint Energy and Frontier Energy are proud to support Minnesota restaurants as they work toward more efficient kitchens.
