Hey good morning just a little sneak peek of one of the teas coming for the month of June. This one is called tropical reset it is pineapple and green apple. A great combination. Also don’t forget about our protein balls. They’re a quick little snack to tide you over between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. I know it’s summertime. People are sleeping in, but don’t forget we’re here Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6 AM to 3 PM Tuesday 6 AM to 11 AM and Saturday 8 to 2 come get your nutrition your energy to push you through during this wonderful summer.

Thank you to the wonderful Cheatham County Sheriff’s office , staff as well as Pleasant View officers for coming to our Lunch with an Officer. Thank you to Small City Pizza for the amazing pizza and Randi at Hardee’s for the yummy Chicken tenders. Thank you also to those that came out even in this nasty weather. It is always a pleasure to get to visit with the Officers. We THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO! We will forever back the Blue. Y’all have a safe and wonderful Memorial Day Weekend.

Hey guys don’t forget our Lunch with an Officer Friday May 22nd. From 11-1. Come out for lunch and meet some of our finest Police Officers. Parents bring your kids out so that they can meet the officers. We look forward to seeing all of your
