TBT 🤎
As a pop-up restaurant that began in 2011, we’ve had the privilege of cooking in some truly incredible spaces but one place will always hold a special place in our hearts: The Oakland. This is where we hosted our very first Bali Ha’i Valentine dinner. Sandy and his amazing team welcomed us in, paired our food with thoughtful artisan cocktails, and trusted our team to take over an entire evening of Valentine celebration. It was also one of those full-circle moments when The New York Times stopped by to photograph us in action…hands busy, hearts full. February always brings us back to this night.
