Lemon & Edamame Chicken Pot Pie Soup w/ Old Bay Dusted Biscuit Citrus-Cured Shrimp Ceviche Wild-caught shrimp cold-cured in lime, lemon, & orange juices. Tossed w/ red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, & cucumber. Served w/ tri-colored tortilla chips.

Grilled Flatbread

Island Pizza House-grilled dough, tangy BBQ sauce, pork loin, sharp white cheddar cheese curd, grilled pineapple, & shaved red onion. Finished w/ scallions & hot honey.

Pasta Feature

Lemon-Herb Penne Al dente penne tossed in an emulsified white wine, lemon zest, & cracked pepper sauce. Folded w/ fresh basil, parsley, & chives, finished w/ aged Pecorino Romano.

We wanted to share some major news with all of our amazing customers here at Latitude 44 Bistro. Soon, you’ll be seeing a brand-new addition just across the parking lot!

We have officially purchased LakeShore Candy and are thrilled to get things up and running in the near future. When we first heard that the business was up for sale, we admit we were a bit apprehensive—but more than anything, we wanted to ensure that this amazing local staple stayed right here in our community for another generation to enjoy. We just knew it was the perfect fit for our little boutique plaza!

Our goal is to continue all of the wonderful traditions that the Jensen family, the previous owners, built, while also introducing some fresh new elements and an expanded space. For updates, sneak peeks, and more information on our progress, make sure to like and follow the LakeShore Candy page! 14 Years of Latitude 44
Today started out as just another regular Friday. I had my head down, focusing on the daily grind, even though today officially marks 14 years since we first opened our doors. The reality of the restaurant industry is tough—so many places across the country don't get the privilege to stand the test of time, let alone for over a decade.
But walking into my office this morning completely changed the day. My family had it entirely decorated with balloons, cards, candy, and little knick-knacks. As the doors opened, customers started coming in bringing cards of their own.
What I treated as just a regular day quickly turned into a deeply emotional milestone. It made me pause and realize that Latitude 44 isn't just important to me—it truly means something to the people around us, too.
I want to say a massive thank you to our incredible customers, my family, my friends, and every single one of our employees—both past and present. You are the reason we are still standing here today. Thank you for 14 years, Plattsburgh.

Stop in tonight to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! We have several food and beverage specials to help celebrate the night—or you can just grab one of our classic margaritas.
​Also, all this week we are competing in the Lake City's Grilled Cheese Competition, a fundraiser for NAMI. Come in any time during lunch this week to try our entry and make sure to vote for us (information is available here at the restaurant)!
​Our featured sandwich is a Poached Pear & Prosciutto Grilled Cheese with shaved Gruyère, fresh prosciutto, sliced poached pear, and peppery baby arugula. It’s pressed on local Plattsburgh Sourdough Co with a caramelized cinnamon-sugar crust and served with sweet potato fries and maple aioli.

What an incredible day at the Rustic Pines Wedding Expo! We had an amazing turnout and truly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with so many brides and grooms. Hearing your stories and learning about your visions for the big day is what we love most.
