First Course & Soup
Lemon & Edamame Chicken Pot Pie Soup w/ Old Bay Dusted Biscuit Citrus-Cured Shrimp Ceviche Wild-caught shrimp cold-cured in lime, lemon, & orange juices. Tossed w/ red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, & cucumber. Served w/ tri-colored tortilla chips.
Grilled Flatbread
Island Pizza House-grilled dough, tangy BBQ sauce, pork loin, sharp white cheddar cheese curd, grilled pineapple, & shaved red onion. Finished w/ scallions & hot honey.
Pasta Feature
Lemon-Herb Penne Al dente penne tossed in an emulsified white wine, lemon zest, & cracked pepper sauce. Folded w/ fresh basil, parsley, & chives, finished w/ aged Pecorino Romano.
Entrées
Miso-Glazed Black Cod Wild black cod marinated in white miso. Broiled w/ a caramelized crust over ginger jasmine rice & sesame vegetable du jour.
Mixed Grill Chorizo & Hanger Steak Thinly sliced hanger steak & chorizo w/ coconut mashed sweet potatoes & charred scallion chimichurri.
