Music in the Park cancelled? So sorry, but we have music, games and refreshing drinks & charcuterie. We even have awesome Throwback Thursday cocktails like the
Bees Knees, Clover Club, Side Car, Tom Collins, and Sloe Gin Fizz.

Our bartenders can get you set with anything you wanted to try.

Not a Drinker of Alcohol? We have a nice Mocktail Menu as well.

We will be closed tonight to attend and celebrate our daughter Korah's Middle School Graduation.

Yes! This is the same daughter mentioned in the drinks Korah's Amber Bloom Latte, Korah's Bloom & Broom Espresso Martini, and our very popular Unicorn Juice.

We will be open tomorrow and will enjoy having The Black Smock open as well during Music in the Park. so come hungry and thirsty and ready to listen to music.

Saturday Mornings are becoming one of my favorite days in The Black Smock! I come in about 6am and pull together all the (not so fun preparations). The art aspect of a Large Party Charcuterie is THE MOST EXCITING PART! Pulling the entire board together takes about an hour versus the prep that’s multiple hours!!

Special orders for Birthdays are sliding into a cornerstone of our boutique style catering. Truly, this was an idea that started in the Speakeasyfifty50 6 years ago on a favor… ! It’s become a large part of our buildings food culture now!

The specialty cakes have slid into a close second!

Also, what an honor to be asked to create the food for an amazing woman who turned 96!! Thank you ann shultz!

Tomorrow night, both Speakeasy Fifty50 and The Black Smock Parlor & Eatery open their doors for a night that celebrates everything Southwest Wisconsin is built on — music, community, generosity, and the people who keep our rural towns strong.

This Friday, May 1st..Speakeasy Fifty50 has the honor of hosting “senior artist Queene’ “and her exhibition 100 Years of Queene’ — a powerful, intimate, and beautifully unapologetic body of work that spans identity, legacy, and the stories we carry.

Want more?? We’re proud to be an official stop on the UW–Platteville BFA Art Tour, and even prouder that our walls get to hold Queene’s voice for opening night.

The Black Smock Parlor will remain open until 7pm! Enter through every door in the building to see QUEENE!!
