As many if you know I’m working on transitioning my bakery to gluten free!

My mind has been working overtime on the logistics of this and the things I would like to offer. As usual I have been over thinking and want to offer it all but I realistically need to start somewhere.
First I need to get through the busy graduation season! Mid July I will start experimenting more and hope to have an event for everyone to try some of the treats. My hope is to offer things where you don’t even notice it’s gluten free

I have banana cake/cupcakes and a few sugar cookies in the shop today.

Mini cakes: $8
Cupcakes: $16/6 or $30/dozen
Sugar cookies : $30/dozen

I also have regular cupcakes: peanut butter, white/raspberry, turtle, hazelnut, carrot, cookies and cream, better than anything
