UPDATE…
I apologize for being so long, but I wanted to reach out to you all
Unfortunately we will be closed till August 4th I am making changes and repairs to the food truck and the equipment so we can be open full time without any delays I knew opening this up permanently would come with its consequences. I knew I would make mistakes which I had made plenty of. And these next few days I’m gonna be replanning to make this a successful and to give my customers what they want please accept my apologies and understanding but you just can’t set a food truck up and expect it to work overnight. That is one of the biggest mistakes that Ive made it is totally different than when you go to an event because they’re the ones that do the advertisement/ hours/menu . also being able to set up doing the Florida weather making changes to our menu and cost of running everyday permanent operation hours and location is the biggest key factors I will be working to fix this I do not want to have to get on here and post every other day that I’m open or I’m closed which was my 2nd biggest mistake Im sure a few will say just set up, but I have to have this structure to make this work right and better I feel that maybe I jumped in it too soon without thinking of all of the above and trying to please everyone don’t get me wrong I have sold every time but once when we sat up which I’m am so thankful for but deep down inside I feel I’m not giving my customers 100% and that is something I strive to do . we will come back and we will be a ready to serve you thank you all for your understanding and your constant support I will be posting updates on my progress 🙏❤️

We think we are back in business unfortunately my generators didn’t wanna to run properly since last Wednesday w all the rain and I had a severe reaction to contrast dye from a CT I had on Tuesday (what a week) so I brought out the Blackstone grill and tomorrow we are gonna do double smash burgers and fries for $10 to see how this goes so if everything goes as planned we will be open tomorrow Thursday 7/23 and praying that everything goes right. I extremely apologize but again this is a new thing for me and I know I’m gonna make plenty of mistakes Thank You for your understanding I will get this right and get on track with days n times of being open and I will being doing different items as they are being requested 🙏❤️
