We’ve decided to part ways with one of our 1,000-gallon Austin Smoke Works offset pits, a smoker that has been a major part of the Yearby’s Barbecue journey.

This pit has put in some serious work for us and helped us cook a whole lot of barbecue along the way. She’s seasoned, proven, and ready to go straight to work for her next owner.

What makes this setup different is that the pit is already mounted on a heavy-duty enclosed trailer. No need to figure out how to transport or enclose a 1,000-gallon smoker — the hard work has already been done.

• 1,000-gallon Austin Smoke Works offset smoker
• Trailer-mounted and enclosed
• Heavy-duty trailer and axles
• Tires have over 90% tread remaining
• Wire-screen enclosure
• Stack boot already installed
• Seasoned and ready to cook
• Excellent brisket capacity and built for serious production

Nothing is wrong with the pit. We’re simply making some changes as we move into the next chapter at Yearby’s.
