When you support a small business they put back into the area with some donations from local people and with the proceeds earned we was fortunate enough to be able so sponsor a youth team this year and I was able to coach it to one of many teams under the name thank you all for your continued support for small local businesses

We will have limited pulled pork and a couple racks of ribs available Friday from 11-noon for pickup as availability allows larger orders it’s not to late to order as we have another meat order pickup tomorrow

Wow wow wow for the next order date I’m down to 6 racks available and 8-12 pounds pulled left to be claimed no road sales this time as pre sales took over order before you can’t thank you all so much

With the amount of orders we will keep open as long as possible we DON NOT REHEAT so I have to plan on how much I can cook to maximize quality this has been a overwhelming success and appreciate all the support it shows the craftsmanship we do
