Hello Everyone! My name is John White. My fiancé and I are new to the South Plains area and starting a smoked meats business. We are offering a pop up meal for Friday 5/6/22 to introduce ourselves to this market.

I’m originally from Central Texas and would love to have the opportunity to bring a Central Texas BBQ style to Plainview! I make hand crafted smoked sausage and trim, season, grind, and case my sausage by hand. I also do smoked brisket, pork, turkey, you name it!

Pop up meal on 05/06/22 details:

Lunch 11am-2pm or until Sold Out. Delivery will be available in Plainview.
We will be doing low and slow smoked:

Pulled Pork Sandwich or
Sliced Pork Loin Sandwich
Comes with Lays Potato chips
BBQ Sauce/Pickles/Pickled Red Onions OTS
