About Us

In April 2014, the idea of bringing locally sourced food and beer to Plainfield was born out of a conversation between Rafael, Jessica and Dale. The premise being: to provide a city environment for the suburbs. One that would include and support all our local relationships and friendships within the beer and food industry. Have the best beer program: from education, to proper glassware, proper presentation, authentic passion, and to provide it in a comfortable and unique space. To escape from the stress of everyday life, to relax and enjoy a fun, casual and very unique dining experience with like-minded folks.

A place were local beer is the star of the show, and our old favorite breweries are the openers. Beer will always be served to you the way beer was meant to be served, and by people that are as passionate about it as they are family.

We welcome everyone. All races, creeds, colors, religions, and sexual orientations. Gun toting Conservatives and Tattooed Liberals. We support happiness and love. Music, art and culture. Good food, great beer and amazing conversations…

We are continuously focused on bringing our guests locally inspired creations using high-quality, local ingredients. Where there is NO place for freezers or microwaves in our kitchen. The result is we never lose sight of serving warm, tasty comfort food, TRUE craft cocktails, and naturally, always the most sought after beer our city (and country) produce.
