If you’re heading to Hot Plate tonight for Thirsty Thursdays, don’t miss our one-night-only special: the Enseada. Inspired by one of Rio’s most iconic postcards (also the neighborhood we grew up in!), this sandwich features a beautifully marbled Brahman hump roast (called Cupim in Brazil), slow-cooked until tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
