Thank you to everyone that came out this weekend!!! The support means a lot to us and we love you guys. 💛🧡❤

Up next are hopefully a couple more pop-ups between Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are quite a few B52 alum in my orbit right now, and so long as they are down to put these on, I'm all for it.

Expect something a little different in these next few. We've been feeding you a good bit of junk food with all those cheesesteaks. We're probably gonna do a day of just manaeesh, another with a variety of rice dishes (think red curry with veggies and yogurt tahini sauce and/or koshari), and last but not least, just a morning full of sourdough pancakes. For the pancake service, I'm going to try to reopen the dining room and the coffee bar. The stars will really have to align for that one.

One more possibility is a collab with some coffee folks who have approached me. Maybe a week of coffee service and just pastries. Speaking of which, y'all cleaned us out of cookies. You know you can get those cookies every day (except Monday) at Allegro?

You may be wondering what the hell am I doing... like, I thought you closed!?!? Good question. As of about a month ago, took over the marketing of the business for sale.
While there have been a few offers and some negotiations, I have not closed a deal yet. But I'm optimistic that something will happen in the next few months. Or I could be doing popups in May🤦‍♂️

Hello again! We'll be putting on a little pop-up this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 10-2 both days. Exact same format as the last one. Online orders only. Link in bio. Orders open up Friday afternoon for Saturday, and on Saturday afternoon for Sunday. We'll let you know when the ordering site is live.

On the menu is an oyster mushroom bbq sandwich from . It's on a brioche bun with mayo slaw and pickled green tomatoes. You don't want to miss this one.

We'll also have the cheesesteak from the last pop-up. We sold out of that one quick, so we've prepped a good bit more this time. So go ahead, order two. Scrambles will be available as well. And chocolate chip cookies.

Thank you to everyone who came out today🙏🙏🙏. We appreciate you so much. Sorry to those of you who weren't able to snag a cheesesteak. We have 24 available for tomorrow.

We ran short on brioche hoagies. We still have a bunch of cheese though, and potatoes, and the seitan steak. So in addition to the scrambles, avo sammies, and cheesesteaks, we'll be slinging these cheesy potatoes with an option to add on the cheesesteak seitan.

We almost made a sourdough cheesesteak sandwich, but alas there is a limit to sandwich messiness that we will not go beyond. And this baby would cross that limit.

We did a few hours of prep after service today and we just updated quantities for tomorrow. Slightly more limited quantities, so get your orders in early. Online orders only; no walk-ups or call-ins.

Lavash bake from today! This dough is leavened with a mix of sourdough starter and yeast and is given an overnight bulk fermentation for max flavor. cranked out 110 of these babies today🙌. Half way there Karla:)

Online ordering will open up tomorrow night for Saturday's pop-up. You'll be able to place advance orders and schedule a Saturday pickup between 10am and 2pm. Assuming all goes well, ordering for Sunday's popup will open up on Saturday evening.

We're skipping desserts this time. But if you're looking for a sweet vegan treat,
is open all weekend.

We are so excited for this weekend!!! Can't wait to open back up and feed you some grub😁.

As of right now, we're gonna have the kofta scramble, the regular scramble, falafel sandwich, shwarma, and fries or cheese fries. Hours are 10-2 on Saturday and Sunday, takeout only. This time we're gonna open up advance orders (give or take 15 minutes) so you can schedule a pickup. We'll give you a good day's notice before ordering opens up.

Thank you to everyone who showed up to the last pop-up. We were crushed the first two and a half hours...by far the busiest we have ever been...and then it was crickets for the last two hours. Like so dead we were checking the printer. Is this thing plugged in? 😂

That's why we are shortening it to four hours this time, doing it over two weekend days, and right around brunch hours, because that's when we were always busiest. Hopefully, this schedule will work out for more of you.
