A Downtown restaurant and whiskey joint no longer needs one poured out in its memory. Butcher and the Rye is slated to re-open on Sixth Street in the Cultural District on July 8, when it will offer hundreds of whiskey varieties from around the world once more. Chef Richard DeShantz
