When Brad asked for a wheat beer on tap, we saw an opportunity to brew one we’d be excited to pour every day.

Pretty Witty is our fresh take on the classic Belgian-style Witbier. Brewed with sweet and bitter orange peel alongside fragrant Indian coriander, it delivers bright citrus, subtle spice, and a clean, refreshing finish. We fermented it with our hazy IPA yeast to create a softer, juicier mouthfeel while keeping the beer crisp, pale, and incredibly drinkable.
