Girasole is the word for “sunflower” in Italian, and is the family surname. Like the sunflower, Girasole traverses time, blending the old with the new. The peasant-inspired dishes and stone walls are reminiscent of the old world, and are in direct contrast to the innovative menu, chic patrons and upbeat atmosphere. Along with our intriguing ambiance, Girasole offers an innovative, modern-Italian menu based on the freshest and highest quality products available. We have taken traditional peasant dishes and updated them to appeal to more contemporary tastes. Homemade soups, bruschettas, antipastos and a variety of mouth-watering pasta dishes are offered in addition to daily fish and meat specials. Our seasonal menu allows us to take advantage of the best in the market on any given day and maintain the high level of quality that we are known for. Attention all, today unfortunately is the last day of our Summer menu… and yes that includes our Lobster Squid Ink Ravioli.

We understand the disappointment this may bring to some… however, spooky season is approaching and we have some favorites ready to get back on the menu just in preparation. 🎃

If you are one of our customers that favors a little spicy kick, you most definitely are in luck, considering we offer our mussels in a Spicy Marinara Arrabiata as well!

Oh, and not to mention… this dish is served all year long, and also with a side of impeccably toasted ciabatta bread❤️ .

School is starting back up… whether you are preparing to send someone off or attending yourself, it is a dreadful reminder that summer is about to end.

That being said, here is another reminder: our summer appetizers unfortunately have to go with it.
