Our recipes are mostly my mothers (Mary Molinaro Nicholas) authentic southern Italian flavors including our signature Romano and Pasta dishes. I was the last of six children and the only one that wanted to assist my mother with her cooking. So, if you enjoy True Italian cooking, then Mia Madre Trattoria is worth the visit.
