We’re hiring for both a Food Operations Manager (both locations) and a Front of House Manager (Kennedy). If you are interested in learning more or sharing your resume, please send us a message.

Food Operations Manager:
The ideal candidate will be ready to jump in and run day to day operations of the restaurant. This person works 5 hands-on shifts most weeks (includes weekends).

Responsibilities:

Staff: hiring, scheduling, training, and motivating
Menu: Food cost, inventory, ordering, waste reduction
Personality: energetic, professional, collaborative, team-driven mindset

Line cook experience is necessary. Please share your work history when applying. This is a salaried position (based on experience) with competitive pay and paid time off. References and reliable transportation are a MUST.

Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant (not fast food)
Line cook experience
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Front of House Manager:
We’re looking for a reliable Front of House Manager to help run our dining room and lead our team. This role is hands-on and works closely with servers and hosts to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
* Make staff schedules for servers and hosts/cashiers
* Train new team members and support current staff
* Help order supplies and keep things stocked
* Step in and cover shifts when needed
* Make sure guests have a great experience
* Help solve problems during service

Requirements:
* Experience in a restaurant leadership role
* Good communication and people skills
* Organized and able to handle busy shifts
