In exactly one week, B Sue and I are heading out on vacation for a little over a week.

Before anyone panics:

✔️ The smoker is fine.
✔️ We are fine.
✔️ Nobody quit.
✔️ We did not win the lottery, sadly.

We're just taking a much-needed break before the second half of the season kicks our butts. 😅

Unfortunately, that means we're gonna miss your 4th of July festivities. We know. We feel bad about it too. But after three seasons, the pitmasters need a pit stop.

It's Market Day...come on out & have a GREAT time!
FYI...We have a huge favor to ask all our market patrons...please don't arrive early...start time is 5:30. Our staff & vendors are busy setting up & when folks show up early it creates chaos for everyone. We have specific traffic patterns/parking areas for H/C, bakery & market patrons, our parking attendants are busy with setup until 5:30...so when you show up early you won't know the parking arraignments. Please keep in mind also that there is not a bad parking space. We really appreciate your understanding & patience with this matter!! TY!
