A lot of you guys ask us what NOVARIA means, here's the answer: 😃
Novaria name is inspired by the oldest coffee & tea house in Damascus, the capital of Syria.

Established in 1916, Al-Nawfara Café stands beside the Umayyad Mosque as one of Damascus’s oldest cafés. For over a century, it has been a gathering place for storytellers, poets, merchants, and locals, where the sound of the hakawati حكواتي (story teller) once echoed through the courtyard and coffee was more than a drink—it was a ritual.
A living piece of Damascus’s soul, still brewing history with every cup.
