We moved here from NYC in Nov 2022 & opened our truck coincidentally a yr later. We live in the South Side Slopes & have been able to learn about, and discover, Pittsburgh through our truck, giving us a beautifully diverse image of this city. Our menu changes, we always offer at least one plant based option, we mostly have no idea what we're doing & absolutely loving it.

i spent 20+ yrs nauseous every single day. water, food, w**d, change of diet... nothing helped. at times, i'd just black out quickly & come back before my body gave out. no fu***ng relief

roughly 10 yrs ago i heard about pots which then quickly lead to research (barely anything) on pots, eds, mcas & other s**t we know nothing about. turns out that while normally humans need ~1,500mg of salt, those w my issues need 3-10k!!

the amount of salt u need for the entire day is how much i need to just start my day w.o passing out. and then i need ~5x that thru the day to function properly

today, i basically shoved my way in to - the door was ajar, i gasped, she came to the door & w.o space for her to speak i asked if i could come in & see the art. i swore it was a public space showing work but it was her private studio! she graciously let us in, i literally held my arms behind my back so i couldn't touch anything, and then realized i wanted everything she'd made
