Tambellini&Co Hi! We are Tambellini & Co. Just two people who fell in love and had the crazy idea to open an Italian sandwich shop together.

Hi guys!

I just want everyone to know that they should NOT buy any shirts from comments in our posts.
We do plan on selling hoodies, shirts, and merch BUT we haven’t yet.

Those are scams using AI to create fake photos! Do not fall for it.

Thank you,

The Tambellini Team

They are silly which allows us to let out our weird sides. We’d say they are the most dedicated team we have the luck to work with.
I do want to say they aren’t like family because it’s more than that. They CHOOSE to be here every day with Michael and I. On the bad days AND the good. I mean we care about them so much that we invited them to OUR wedding. (Shout out to MyMy, Sam, and Jess in the wedding photo that don’t work here but I wish they did!)

Thank you to my Cos. There wouldn’t be a Tambellini & Co without yall!

Introducing yall to the new and improved mufaletta!
What’s not made from scratch on her is sourced locally or imported from Italy.

Most wholesale bakeries in Pittsburgh do NOT make sesame buns. So we had to improvise. Michael came up with a sesame focaccia specifically for this sandwich. (It is his favorite sandwich after all)

There will be daily limited availability so get it while the gettin’ is good! 😏

Our fiery Michael, had always loved fire trucks. 🚒

If anyone remembers him and our Lil Gherkin RAN INTO TRAFFIC to throw sandwiches at the firefighters a few months back (I do not condone this, haha)

Last week we decided we wanted to do a food donation to the amazing firefighters at Engine 26 to show our appreciation and gratitude.

As always thank you for your bravery and service!
