Entrees are up for option starting this evening. You are looking at the Carne Asada 7 oz teres major seasoned and seared served with rice and beans with some Chimichurri and pickled veggies to balance the palette.

Ladies and gentlemen we introduce you to the in the placec to be the Green Chilé Chicken. Zesty Buttermilk marinated chicken thigh, masa harina breaded and flash fried, crisp. Topped with our Green Chile braised pork, GCBQ (green chile/bleu Queso) and laid upon a bed of pickled veggies and a strong bun for support. Served with those soon to be famous Taquo dusted fries.
