Our caramel is made from the same recipe that our namesake, Grandma Leora, created and passed on to her family through careful and caring instruction. It is that recipe that

Small Change, Big Impact! 🌟 The Greater Pitman Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce a special contribution to the Lori Poisker Memorial Scholarship, which honors a Pitman high school senior who exhibits a true entrepreneurial spirit! 🎓✨

Every single coin dropped into the coin funnel at Alaura Kitchen Homemade Ice Cream this past year added up $421.30! Wow! Thanks to YOUR generosity, all proceeds have been donated to the Pitman Revitalization Corp, the community organization that awards this meaningful scholarship.
