Forget everything you know about mead - these bubbles are produced with Methodé Champenoise creating a brut dry sparkling w**e like you have never tasted before. Light, crisp, refreshing with some grippy tannic qualities in this particular varietal- even though it never touched oak. Don’t miss out on this treasure!
