It’s a rainy Saturday and with some cooler weather in the forecast we think that calls for some yummy homemade chili and jumbo cornbread muffins. So our special today will be chili but it by the cup, bowl, or quart. Dirt cake for dessert just because it tastes really good. Regular lunch/dinner menu options available as always. Open from 11-7 today. Hope to see you sometime today.

On Monday, October 5th we are going to change our hours up just a little.
Monday - 6am - 7pm
Tuesday - closed
Wednesday - closed
Thursday - 6am - 2pm
Friday - 6am - 7 pm
Saturday- 11am - 7pm
Sunday - closed

There are a couple of factors that made us change our Monday and Tuesday hours. Dalton’s classes started in August and they are Tuesdays and Thursdays. He is going to Gadsden state (Anniston campus) and that is about and hour and 45 minute drive. That leaves me in the restaurant from about 11am - 7pm alone. We do not want the food or service to suffer because it’s just me so we decided to swap around Monday and Tuesday. So from now own we will have dinner on Monday nights 🤗.

Happy Friday 🤗 it’s Flapjack 🥞 day at Mama J’s. Pancakes for breakfast (regular menu also available) and then our Basic Burger special for lunch and dinner - basic burger with fries or homemade potato chips and a drink for $10. Our Pisgah Eagles football team will be treated today by our quarterback club with a full day of events on their way to play Brindlee Mountain so we will not be closing to feed them today. Good Luck boys and we love y’all. We will be open today from 6 am - 7 pm. Come by and see us to grab a bite to eat.

So we don’t normally have time to get a Tuesday night special together, but tonight we did. We have beef tips and gravy with mashed potatoes, green beans and Texas toast. Everything will be ready by 4:00. We’re open until 7 tonight.

We are going to do a switch on our weekend menu specials. Tonight we are going to do the mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Along with those side options we will have smoked chicken for a late option. You can put any of our usual plate options (hamburger steak, pulled pork, or chicken fingers) to go along with the special side options. Tomorrow (Saturday) night we will have Fajita Night. This will give me a little extra time to get some black beans cooked and some pico de gallo to go with the fajitas ready. We will have the Key Lime cupcakes tonight and tomorrow night. As usual we will have our dinner menu items to choose from as well. We are so sorry for the last minute change 😞.

Finally Friday, well tomorrow will be 🤪. And since Pisgah Football has a bye week we will not be doing pregame for them. With that being said we will be open from 6a-7p and not close for our normal break from 1-4 for prep and delivery. Come by anytime and we can take care of your breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon snack, whatever you may need. Friday Specials for Breakfast-Flapjack Friday, 2 big pancakes $5 or if you need a little protein add a meat choice with them for $7. Dinner Special back by popular demand we will be having Fajitas 🤗 with Key Lime cupcakes for dessert. Still thinking about Saturdays special. I know we will have steamed mixed vegetables (also a request) but that is as far as I have made it 🤔. As soon as Dalton and I figure it out we will let you know. Tonight, Saturday, September 19th is Tater Night at Mama J’s. We have baked potatoes that can be loaded or with pulled pork or smoked chicken, or used as a side on one of our plates. You f you would rather we can also do loaded fries or loaded potato chips. Everything is ready at anytime.
