Hello Lincoln County! Word is starting to spread so I thought I would make it more official. It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you that we will be closing the BBQ bus. This is a decision that we made a few months ago due to multiple reasons. Between food costs, lack of tourism and some family health issues it is just too much for me to keep up with. Although the bus will be closing, I will still have access to a commercial kitchen and will still be available for catering events as needed.

Lincoln county has been amazing to our family. We have gained so many friendships and have created relationships with some people we will consider family for life. The amazing locals we have met and got to know have been one of the most amazing experiences of our life. We are absolutely staying right here in Pioche to start our next chapter.

Sunday August 31st will be our last day that we will be serving the public. This will be the schedule for the last 5 weeks we will be around.

Just saying thank you will never be enough. The love and support we have received over the last 3 weeks and especially at the fundraiser held by Shannon and Cody was beyond words. Our community has been so gracious. When we moved here 4 years ago we were just "some people", but now we feel like family. This is our home, our family; Lincoln county. We are so beyond words at the prayers, love, thoughts, words of encouragement, donations and offers to help when ever needed. I am getting better day by day, bones break, they heal. But my spirit is high all thanks to my Lincoln County family, you all are amazing! Thank you to the first responders that helped me onsite at the accident, I may not have actually seen your faces, but thank you all for being there for me. To my husband, you are my rock, you have been by my side every second. Thank you for everything you have done for me. I know running the bus on top of doing all of the house chores and taking care of me is exhausting but I cherish you and love you so much. To my son, Jaxon. Thank you for checking on me at night to make sure I'm ok, get me the things I've needed and just being there for me when I just needed a hug, I love you my son. To our Lincoln County family, thank you again in the biggest way possible for everything and I mean everything you have done. We love you.

Hello Friends and Family. We are excited to let you know that Christy is doing much better. I will be reopening this Thursday and our temporary schedule will be Thursday through Saturday 11:30 to 6:30. For the rest of the year we won't have our signature desserts or tea. Those are both Christys babies and she won't be up for it for a while. But rest assured I will be behind the grill this week so you all can get your BBQ fix. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We are so blessed to be a part of this community. See you Thursday!!!!!!!

Words cannot describe the amount of prayers and support we have gotten from our friends and family. It warms our hearts so much to know we have such an amazing community around us. Thank you all so much. Christy will get through this and soon we will be back to normal. Smiling and BBQing. That's why we chose this amazing place to call home. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

Hello Friends and Family. Unfortunately the bus will have to remain closed for this week. Many of you know my wife Christy. She was in a roll over crash on panaca summit yesterday. She has some broken bones and we are unsure of the future as it pertains to her recovery. I will do my best to open as soon as I can but I need to be there for her right now. Thank you to everyone for your understanding.
