Hey Plant People!!!! We are currently closed until further notice! We miss you all and we appreciate everyone. Unfortunately we had to completely renovate the inside of the truck due to major plumbing issues. The renovation is taking longer than we expected 😭🥹. Thank you all for the concern and love. I promise once the truck is fixed we will be out.

Hey Plant Family! A great way to start your day is with ‘Stuffed Avocados’. It was an immediate NO for my husband, but after tasting there were no crumbs left.

Ingredients: Avocado, diced roma tomatoes, lime, vegan mayo, tofu, and olive oil.

Cooking: Pan fry tofu in olive oil and season well. For more flavor cool and leave in fridge for 2 days and heat up later. For lime aioli mix 2tbsp. of vegan mayo, 1/2 juice of lime, 1/2tsp of olive oil, and seasoned with salt and pepper. Stuff your avocado with tofu, tomatoes, and cover with aioli.
