For those of you that don't know.
I'm am now a chef for Torreon "The Cabin" restaurant. Exclusively for members.

Here's what you need to know. The Torreon grill is open to the public starting March 14th. Chef Eric Rippey has put together a great menu for lunch and dinner. Come on out and show your support for this amazing opening.
I will be helping out, until we open The Cabin in May.
See you opening day for great food in a relaxing atmosphere. Come hungry your all in for a surprise.

Just wanted to say thank you all so much. Today ya'll almost had me in tears, I held it back. Lots of great memories here in this place, my second home. I always did my best making you and the foods my number one priority. A lot of you imprinted my heart I will never forget that.

Today was awesome but we've got more to do.
There's still plenty of items I need to re home.
I'm going to run like an $8 special on crispy and grilled Chicken sandwiches of course fries and drink. I'll probably reduce the apitizer prices to move.
Stay tuned in for a big list of equipment and food items for sale. I'll probably post that Sunday and possibly open doors Monday for folks to pick up items.
