🍻 The FINAL weekend of Oktoberfest is here! 🇩🇪

We are still closed during our normal business hours today and tomorrow, but we’ll be open for the third and final weekend of Oktoberfest on Friday!

It’s been an awesome Oktoberfest so far, and we’ve loved seeing everyone come out, enjoy the festivities, and have a great time with us! Let’s make this final weekend the best one yet!

📅 Friday: 5PM–10PM
📅 Saturday: 12PM–10PM

Admission is $12 per person, with kids 12 and under FREE!

We’ll have a limited food menu available during Oktoberfest, including:

🦞 Lobster Rolls
🦪 Fresh Maine Oysters
🍗 Chicken Tenders
🌭 Hot Dogs
🥒 Fried Pickles
🍟 Fries

Then on Sunday, October 11th, we’re BACK to normal! We’ll be open during our regular Sunday hours with our full normal food menu and regular brewery service.

We’re back at it TODAY! Oktoberfest starts at 5PM and goes until 10PM! Come out, grab some great German food, enjoy the festivities, and have a good time with us and the German American Club!

Welton Brewing Company will be CLOSED Wednesday & Thursday this week as we get ready for Oktoberfest!

Starting FRIDAY, we’ll be open as part of the Oktoberfest festivities!

🎟️ Oktoberfest admission is $12 per person
👧 Kids 12 & under are FREE!

📅 Friday, October 2nd
🕔 Oktoberfest: 5–10 PM

📅 Saturday, October 3rd
🕛 Oktoberfest: 12–10 PM

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You MUST purchase an Oktoberfest ticket to enter the restaurant during the event! We are operating as a food vendor for the Oktoberfest, so we will have a LIMITED MENU available during the festival.

We’ve got fresh Salty Mainers from the Damariscotta River in, plus more delicious lobster, haddock, and of course… whole belly clams!

You guys have been absolutely loving the whole belly clams, so come get them while we’ve got plenty! We’ve also got a few new brews on tap, including a pumpkin ale 🎃 Come give it a try before it’s gone!

You may have seen recent reports about illnesses associated with raw oysters in Florida, and we understand why that can raise questions for oyster lovers.

At Welton Brewing Company & Oyster Bar, we want you to know a little more about the oysters we serve and how we handle them.
🌊 We serve cold-water oysters.
Our oysters are harvested from cold-water growing areas—not warm Southern waters.

❄️ Cold from harvest to your plate.
Proper temperature control is extremely important with fresh oysters. Our oysters are harvested, packed and shipped under refrigeration, and we maintain that cold chain once they arrive at Welton Brewing Co. until they are served.

🦪 Freshness and proper handling matter to us.
We take the sourcing, storage and handling of our oysters seriously and follow proper food-safety practices throughout the process.
Raw oysters, like any raw shellfish, can carry some risk, so we would never tell our customers that eating them is completely risk-free. What we can tell you is that we are very particular about where our oysters come from and how they are handled and stored.

We love bringing a taste of Maine and New England to Florida, and we want you to feel good about what we're putting on your plate.
