Joe and Karen Dulmage own Gracie Pineland in Pinehurst, North Carolina. I've known them, gosh, probably for fifteen years or so. They invited me to try the Women's Empowerment class and I finally took them up on it and now I'm a member.
I still feel like Joe missed a prime opportunity to name it "JoeJitsu" 😂
If you are a local woman, and you want to give it a shot, they do have some sample classes, try it out and see if it is a good fit .
It's a great workout and if you show up, everyone will be nice to you, so don't feel threatened .
If you have teenage daughters this is a perfect class for them.
