And just like that… STATE COMPETITION complete! 🏆👩🏽‍🍳✨

They may not have brought home a placement this time, but they brought home something just as valuable — EXPERIENCE.

This was their first time competing at the state level, and I couldn’t be more proud of how they showed up. They learned, competed, worked together, and got the opportunity to see what it takes to perform on a bigger stage.

Sometimes the win isn’t the trophy.

Sometimes the win is getting in the room, learning what you need to improve, building confidence, and coming back better the next time. 💛

To my young chefs: keep practicing, keep learning, and keep showing up. This is only the beginning. 👩🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳🔥

I’m grateful that I got to be a small part of their journey and help prepare the next generation.
