Five years later, I can finally say it’s official — The Pastry Vault will be a vendor at the 2026 Alabama National Fair, October 8–18. 🎡🍥

I’ve applied, waited, tried again, and kept going. This one means a lot.

Sometimes “not yet” really isn’t “no.” 🙏🏽

I’m excited, nervous, grateful, and ready to bring these Gourmet-ishly Twisted Cinnamon Rolls to the fair! ❤️

Five years later… look at God.

Tomorrow’s menu is LOADED 😮‍💨🔥

Fresh cinnamon rolls will be available for pickup starting at 1pm with some of your favorites + a few flavors you definitely don’t want to sleep on 👀

Everything is baked fresh and made to order. Quantities will be limited, so get those orders in early! 💕🔐

Yesterday officially wrapped up another EastChase Farmers Market season. 🤎

I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who supported The Pastry Vault this season. Whether you came out every Saturday, tried us for the first time, brought a friend, shared a post, or came back week after week for your favorite roll. I appreciate every single one of you.

Market season is a LOT 😂 Late-night baking, early mornings, loading, unloading, setting up, breaking down, and these little people right here have been right there with me through it all. 🥹❤️ But I know these kids are over early morning Saturdays. 😅

Every season teaches me something, and every season gets me one step closer to where I’m trying to take The Pastry Vault.

Thank you EastChase for another season, and thank you Montgomery for continuing to show up for my little business. 💕

Apollo gives the best business advice 😂🤎 EastChase Farmers Market season is coming to an end, so I’ve been thinking about just baking daily and doing small fresh drops throughout the week. His only condition: Don’t overwork myself 😂 He might be onto something though 🥴

Would y’all shop daily cinnamon roll drops? I just really don’t want ingredients to be a waste.
